The Ministry of Labour of Qatar has introduced a significant new regulation, the Job Nationalization Law No. (12) of 2024, which focuses on nationalizing jobs within the private sector. This legislation, recently enacted by His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of Qatar, aims to align with the Qatar National Vision 2030 and the Third National Development Strategy.
